The role focuses on acquiring new business and expanding existing partnerships, with a focus on the flagship Lean In Circles program. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, and be passionate about workplace inclusion, equity, and leadership development. They will partner with major companies to implement and expand Lean In's programs, own the end-to-end sales cycle, and build strong relationships with partners. We’re looking for an Account Manager to expand Lean In’s programs within Fortune 500 (or equivalent) companies worldwide. This role focuses on both acquiring new business and expanding existing partnerships, with an emphasis on our flagship Lean In Circles program - a blend of world-class leadership and peer mentorship curriculum, strengthened by the power of camaraderie and community.

What You Will Do
Partner with major companies to implement and expand Lean In’s programs.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from identifying leads and pitching solutions to closing deals and ensuring long-term success.
Lead engaging onboarding sessions and trainings for partners to launch Lean In Circles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring year-over-year growth and engagement.
Use HubSpot (or similar CRM) to track sales pipelines and report key metrics.
Provide feedback to improve and refine Lean In’s offerings.
What You Will Bring
7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in leadership programs, or enterprise solutions.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for identifying, managing, and closing new business opportunities.
Proven ability to meet and exceed growth targets.
Comfortable presenting to large audiences and engaging senior-level stakeholders.
Strong ability to adapt, prioritize, and work independently in a remote-first environment.
Passionate about workplace inclusion, equity, and leadership development.
Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot to manage sales pipelines.
What We Will Offer You
The base salary for this role varies by location: $122K-$127K (National) / $136K-$142K (Bay Area/New York Metro), with the final amount depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
