We are seeking a Full-Funnel B2B Marketing Specialist to own and execute marketing initiatives across our core verticals - Education (primarily K-12), Nonprofits, and Public-Sector/Government Organizations. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working alongside the Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement integrated campaign strategies that drive pipeline, deepen customer engagement, and create and expand partner relationships. You will co-own the full marketing funnel—overseeing brand awareness, demand generation, customer marketing, and partner programs that enable our continued growth and success within Canada and the USA.

If you are highly motivated and love building and growing, this is the place for you!

Responsibilities

Campaign Planning
*Develop segment-specific campaign plans aligned with our overall marketing strategy.
Demand Generation
*Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, social media, events) tailored to decision-makers and influencers in our target verticals.
*Track pipeline metrics (MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, revenue) and optimize efforts to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
*Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead scoring, outreach tactics, feedback loops, and lead handling processes.
Partner Marketing
*Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with education- and nonprofit-focused alliances, associations, and channel partners.
*Co-develop joint marketing programs (co-branded webinars, thought leadership content, cross-promotions) that expand market reach and elevate brand credibility.
*Manage partner relationships, ensuring clear communication and tracking of shared objectives.
Customer Marketing
*Design campaigns and support initiatives to drive upsell, cross-sell, and retention among existing customers.
*Capture and showcase customer success stories and case studies.
*Develop and support customer advocacy programs (reviews, referrals, user groups, etc.) that strengthen relationships and highlight organizational impact.
Event Marketing
*Co-own strategy and drive execution for conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
*Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to plan speaking engagements, sponsored events, and other in-person/virtual activities that generate leads, foster industry connections, and bolster thought leadership.
Data & Analytics
*Regularly analyze campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI to inform short-term optimizations and long-term planning.
*Use insights from CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics dashboards to guide optimization and forecast accurate results.
*Report on progress to leadership, highlighting wins, learnings, and opportunities for scaling.

Requirements

*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications and experience in marketing, communications, or other relevant fields
*5+ years of experience working in a high-growth B2B marketing environment, ideally with a niche vertical focus
*Demonstrated success in planning and executing full-funnel campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, nurture, and retention
*Proven ability to collaborate with external partners and leverage customer relationships to grow revenue
*Proficiency in using CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot) for campaign and lead management
*Skilled at interpreting data, measuring ROI, and iterating quickly to improve campaign performance
*Strong collaboration and communications skills, including the ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and present insights effectively.

Nice to have

*Deep HubSpot expertise
*Nonprofit or Education-specific background
*Hands-on familiarity with account-based marketing tools and strategies for engaging with named target accounts
*Track record of managing company presence at conferences and trade shows, with systems in place to demonstrate direct pipeline and revenue impact
*Excellent writing skills that can be applied to long- and short-form content; double bonus points if you’re skilled at interviewing SMEs to extract expert-level insights that resonate with B2B buyers
*Advanced analytics skills - competency using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or running more sophisticated analyses on marketing performance data
