Benefits Administration and Data Management involves ensuring accuracy of benefits enrollments, collaborating with payroll teams, and performing ongoing audits. Employee and Stakeholder Support includes providing benefits guidance, responding to employee inquiries, and serving as the main point of contact for insurance carriers and third-party vendors. The role also involves supporting benefits communication and education, program management and process improvement, strategic support, and special projects. We are looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in employee benefits administration or a related administrative role, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer focus.

You will be responsible for ensuring that these programs are managed effectively and efficiently while maintaining compliance with all relevant country, state, and federal regulations across various jurisdictions where we operate and hire. This role requires a deep understanding of global benefits structures and regulatory requirements, as well as the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the smooth delivery of benefits to our diverse workforce. Additionally, you will assist in the implementation of new benefits programs, respond to employee inquiries, and proactively identify areas for improvement within our benefits offerings

What you will do:

Benefits Administration and Data Management:

  • Ensure accuracy of all benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in the HRIS, providing vendors and internal stakeholders with up-to-date and correct data.

  • Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate benefits deductions and reporting.

  • Perform ongoing audits of benefits-related data to maintain integrity and compliance.

  • Implement and maintain consistent procedures to capture and manage accurate benefit-related data.

Employee and Stakeholder Support:

  • Provide benefits support and guidance as part of the Benefit Center of Excellence, assisting HRBPs, HR Specialists, and customer service teams on all benefit-related matters.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding plan provisions, enrollments, status changes, and other benefits-related questions.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for insurance carriers and third-party vendors, ensuring excellent service and timely issue resolution.

Benefits Communication and Education:

  • Support the design, review, and updating of benefit communication materials to enhance employee understanding and increase the efficiency of benefits-related processes.

  • Develop and distribute employee communication tools to improve awareness and understanding of the company’s benefits offerings.

  • Assist with the creation of educational content and sessions to support employees in making informed benefits decisions.
