About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support our financial and operational processes during our high-growth phase. In this crucial role, you'll oversee invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor communications while maintaining accurate financial records. You'll have the opportunity to streamline bookkeeping operations, working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

● Manage invoicing and payment processing ● Verify and reconcile orders and purchase orders ● Create and maintain accurate financial quotes ● Oversee license renewals and ensure timely updates ● Communicate with vendors to maintain strong relationships ● Handle internal and external email communications ● Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records ● Assist with additional operational tasks as needed

Requirements

● Proven experience in bookkeeping, remote work, and financial record management ● Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets ● Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment ● Excellent organizational and time management skills ● Ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision ● Strong verbal and written communication skills ● Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment ● Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality ● Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities

Tools & Technology

● Accounting & Bookkeeping: QuickBooks Online (QBO), Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets ● Communication & Collaboration: Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion

Bonus Points

Job Details:
