Position Overview:

JumpCloud is in search of a strategic and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Content Manager to enhance our dynamic team. This role is a blend of content management and competitive intelligence, tasked with developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive content strategy that supports our expanding sales organization. You will ensure that our go-to-market (GTM) content, documentation, competitive positioning battle cards, and playbooks are continuously updated, accurate, and aligned with market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Content Management Strategy: Develop and oversee a content management strategy that ensures our GTM team members have accurate, valuable content which is easy to find. 
    • Competitive Intelligence: Regularly update and refine competitive positioning battle cards in collaboration with Sales Engineering and Product Marketing to ensure our teams have effective competitive insights.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Accounting, and partner with Sales Engineering to document and leverage competitive intelligence.
    • Project Management: Employ project management skills to coordinate effectively with organizational leaders and experts, ensuring timely updates and distribution of crucial sales content.
    • Content Creation and Revision: Generate, edit, and periodically refresh GTM content to ensure our messaging is strategically aligned with business objectives and supports sales enablement and customer success initiatives.
    • Content Audit: Conduct detailed audits and review cycles for all sales content to ensure it remains relevant, accurate, and compliant with our evolving sales processes and corporate policies.
    • Continuous Improvement: Enhance the effectiveness of our sales content and playbooks by actively seeking feedback from sales teams, monitoring usage, and analyzing performance metrics.

Requirements:

    • Experience: 3-6 years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing or a related role, with significant exposure to content management and competitive intelligence in a high-growth SaaS environment.
    • Competitive Intelligence: Experience with competitive intelligence SaaS tools and a proven ability to synthesize competitive data into actionable content.
    • Content Management Expertise: Strong track record in developing and managing content strategies, deeply versed in sales enablement methodologies and best practices.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated success in working across functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, to drive content and competitive intelligence initiatives.
    • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
    • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
