The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy, driving growth and optimizing performance across various paid media channels. This role requires a knowledgeable professional with expertise in paid media platforms and best practices for B2B and B2C digital marketing. The ideal candidate is data-driven and creative, with the ability to manage campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement toward goals aligned with our business objectives.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

    • Assist in developing and implementing a multi-channel paid digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition and retention.
    • Collaborate on the creation and management of a paid digital marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders and company goals.
    • Manage and execute paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, paid social, display, video, and other programmatic advertising channels to ensure a high return on investment (ROI).
    • Measure and report on the performance of paid digital marketing campaigns using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Salesforce).
    • Analyze data and trends to improve digital marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Provide insights and reports to cross-functional teams on key metrics and campaign performance.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, creative, SEO, operations, and sales to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
    • Identify new paid digital marketing opportunities to enhance customer engagement and acquisition.

Basic Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing in both B2B and E-commerce.
    • Proven ability to support and execute paid digital marketing campaigns.
    • Experience managing budgets across multiple digital channels.
    • Strong understanding of SEM, social media advertising, and their roles within broader digital marketing strategies.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, and similar platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Solid project management skills.
