The position involves treating lower acuity populations with an average treatment length of 16 weekly sessions, providing flexible scheduling options, stability of employment, and opportunities for career progression. As a therapist at Fort Health, you will work with insurance-based populations without dealing with insurance plans, have access to dedicated front desk and care managers, and utilize our therapist-friendly EMR system. The ideal candidate is licensed in New Jersey, has 3 years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, and possesses strong communication skills. How compensation works

  • A typical therapist delivers 28 clinical hours/week and earn $85,000 not including bonuses

Schedule: 

  • Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 8:30pm ET
  • Saturdays & Sundays 8:30am - 4:30pm ET

What We're Looking For

  1. Licensed: Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in New Jersey (multiple state licenses preferred).
  2. Experienced: 3 years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with experience in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.
  3. Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience delivering effective care through telehealth.
  4. Tech savvy: able to use Zoom, EHR, and Google Suite to deliver care and communicate with team members
  5. Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
