Responsibilities

    • Business Process Management: Work with process owners to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), adhering to the standard/framework agreed within the Operating Office and Operational Risk team
    • Evaluate existing business processes and outline business process improvement/optimisation opportunities
    • Monitor and perform ongoing analysis on business processes related to productivity, quality and costs
    • Present process performance tracking reports and integrate feedback 
    • Project Management: Identify delivery gaps, recommend process opportunities and drive internal projects to optimise delivery outcomes 
    • Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders
    • Oversee all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives
    • Collaborate both internal and external teams to achieve operation scaling up

Requirements

    • 1-3 years and above experience with a Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience
    • Preferable with internal or external consulting background
    • Hands-on experience of operational or Business Process Management work experience, preferably in a financial services organisation
    • Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset for internal cross team collaboration
    • Proven experience in stakeholder management
    • Ability to identify and solve complex problems
