Job Summary

The People Analytics & Talent Intelligence Specialist plays a critical role in driving data-driven talent strategies at Uberall. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in HR data analytics, solid understanding of HR functions and processes, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on P&C data to inform talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and fluency in English. The People Analytics & Talent Intelligence Specialist plays a critical role in driving data-driven talent strategies and optimising our people-related decisions. You will be responsible for understanding Uberall's people needs and processes, delivering people insights and supporting strategic initiatives to attract, develop and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Management: Collect, clean, and manage P&C data from various sources (HRIS, ATS, performance management systems, engagement surveys, etc.) ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of P&C data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee demographics, turnover, performance, engagement, recruitment, and other key P&C metrics. Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track KPI’s and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.   
Talent Intelligence: Research and analyze external talent market trends, competitor benchmarking and skills gaps to inform talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning. Provide insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks and emerging skills.
Workforce Planning: Support workforce planning initiatives by providing data-driven projections of future talent needs and identifying potential talent gaps.
P&C Metrics & Dashboards: Develop and maintain P&C metrics dashboards to track progress on key P&C initiatives and provide real-time visibility into P&C performance.
P&C Data SME: Act as the key interface to FP&A on all aspects of P&C data, including budget. Support the Reward function within P&C, including management of third party data inputs.
Data Storytelling & Visualization: Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner through compelling visualizations and presentations to different audiences, including senior management.
P&C Technology: Collaborate across the People team and IT to optimize the use of all P&C technology systems and identify opportunities for next generation automation and process improvement.
Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide data-driven recommendations on various HR initiatives.
Stay Current: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in P&C data analytics and talent intelligence. Partner with Talent Acquisition, P&C business partners, People Operations and business stakeholders to understand Uberall's people & talent needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them.

Knowledge , Skills and Experience.
Essential
Proven experience ( 4+ years) in HR data analytics, preferably in a fast-paced tech or similar environment. 
Experience in an SME on an international/global basis
Solid understanding of HR functions and processes, and associated data needs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
Able to deliver repeatable solutions
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI). 
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, Personio) and ATS (Lever etc) systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. (We are primarily a remote based organisation) 
Business fluency in English (written and spoken). 
Desirable
Experience with talent intelligence research and tools is a strong advantage.
Strong interest in and knowledge of P&C related AI technology
Experience in a SaaS  company is a plus.
A mathematical, technical, software engineering or financial background/education would be useful.
Knowledge of Pigment financial planning software.

This is a fully remote role which can be based anywhere in Europe, though we do have offices in Berlin, Amsterdam and Barcelona if you would prefer hybrid. The P&C team is based across EMEA and Americas, operating globally.
