DescriptionThe Role: Ottimate is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for new and existing clients. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and successful execution of statements of work (SOWs) and the deployment of complex implementations. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure a seamless transition from opportunity closure to initial onboarding and full implementation and to manage existing client requests for enhancements and integration updates. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, facilitating project timelines, and overseeing all aspects of the deployment process. What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, from project initiation to successful deployment.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, onboarding, customer success) to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

  • Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress against timelines and deliverables.

  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues that may impact the project timeline or deliverables.

  • Facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and efficient communication and problem-solving.

  • Provide regular updates and status reports to clients and senior management.

  • Ensure that all aspects of the implementation process are documented thoroughly and accurately.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience managing complex client deployments and platform implementations, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. 5-7 years of experience

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee end-to-end project execution, timeline management, and stakeholder communications.

  • Proficient in project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and managing high-impact projects.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and client satisfaction.

  • PMP certification and AP Automation and related ERP experience preferred.
