Job Summary
We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand generation, upsell, and brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, fluency in written and conversational English, and strong campaign orchestration skills. They will work with cross-functional teams, prioritize multiple initiatives, and take ownership of tools and processes. Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Planning, creating and executing high-performing marketing programs.
- Support and align with the sales team’s priorities and focus on driving pipeline.
- Understand and deploy different strategies and plans to reach new prospects and drive expansion opportunities with existing customers.
- Orchestrate multichannel campaigns, leveraging channels and tactics such as digital, social media, web, virtual and in-person events, email and collaboration with 3rd party agencies.
- Also, support and execute account-based strategies and programs.
- Set goals and define metrics for each marketing campaign, including targeted lead flow, to maximize pipeline generation.
- Monitor campaign metrics, conduct post-campaign evaluations, analyze and report on results, and make recommendations for future optimizations.
Requirements:
- 4 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Fluency in written and conversational English.
- Strong campaign orchestration and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience prioritizing running multiple initiatives, campaigns, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues and take ownership of tools and processes with minimal supervision.
It would be a big plus if you have:
- Marketing experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proficiency in an additional language such as German or French.
