We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to lead global sales onboarding and enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in content development, facilitation, and sales process optimization. They will collaborate cross-functionally, deliver training across multiple time zones, and maintain current content with Creatio standards. This role involves designing Phase 1 and Phase 2 content, scheduling certifications, and delivering instructor-led ENT level skill-based training. The Sales Enablement Manager will be a full member of the Sales Excellence organization, attending meetings, creating content, and ensuring sales hygiene inspection. We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to lead and enhance our global sales onboarding and enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and a strong background in content development, facilitation, and sales process optimization, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver training across multiple time zones. This is a highly visible role where every new sales hire globally will come across your desk, giving you direct influence on Creatio’s rapid, organic growth.Expectations and Requirements:Deliver all Phase 1 onboarding for AEs and other participants globally – includes direction on self-paced learning and instructor led segments. May involve multiple classes spanning different time zones simultaneously.Design Phase 1 and Phase 2 content that is ENT level skill based training. Work in close partnership with Sales Excellence and the business to level up to ENT grade content and delivery.Maintain content for onboarding to be current with Creatio standards.Schedule and lead all Phase 1 certifications for onboarding graduates.Delivery time flexibility for onboarding participants globally – Creatio hires reps in all regions who come through the program (must be flexible to US, LATAM, Europe and APMEA time zones when needed, regardless of Sales Enablement Manager's physical location).Expanded content creation – Prepare enablement content as needed (Newsletters, training materials, guides, job aides, etc.).Deliver required sections of Phase 2 onboarding (content, testing, etc.).Certification (Phase 1) – Prep all participants through practice sessions to improve effectiveness during certification process.Certification (Phase 1) – Hold all participants to certification standards and provide feedback to leadership on pass/fail.Act as a full member of the Sales Excellence organization – Meetings, events, content creation, sales hygiene inspection, projects, delivery, maintenance of current content, etc.Delivery excellence – Possess the delivery/training skills needed for instructor led ENT level training that include skills along the end to end sales process. Collaborate inside of Creatio with other departments to ensure content relevance, additions and demands as they arise.
