As a Sales Manager at Array, you will lead and inspire a team of Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve and surpass direct sales goals. This role reports to one of our Senior Sales Managers. This role is not a c-suite or senior leadership role, but a mid senior-level management position focused leadership position for a specific vertical.
Manage and develop a team of 10+ to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to drive individual and team success.
Implement and refine sales strategies, tools, and processes to maximize efficiency.
Lead hiring efforts for team expansion in 2025, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and revenue growth.
Analyze performance metrics and market trends to adjust strategies and achieve results.
Proven experience managing and coaching sales teams, including both AEs and BDRs.
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a leadership role.
Strong hiring and talent development skills to build high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and collaboration.
Expertise in sales strategies, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Pay transparency: $125,000 + for base salary, depending on experience.
