Weights & Biases

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join Weights & Biases, a Series C company with $250M in funding and over 200 employees. As a key member of the revenue marketing team, you will orchestrate complex marketing campaigns across various channels and collaborate closely with product marketing, marketing operations, sales, and web teams to drive demand generation initiatives. You will have expertise in reporting on marketing pipeline metrics and proficiency in marketing automation systems like Marketo. With a proven track record of getting stuff done and combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you will deliver measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact. Weights & Biases is committed to providing competitive salary, equity, and benefits packages for all full-time employees. Our remote-first culture offers flexible time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, home office budget, and 12 weeks of parental leave. The estimated annual salary range is $121,000 - $166,000 per year.

At Weights & Biases, our mission is to build the best tools for AI developers. We founded our company on the insight that while there were excellent tools for developers to build better code, there were no similarly great tools to help ML practitioners build better models. Starting with our first experiment tracking product, we have since expanded our solution into a comprehensive AI developer platform for organizations focused on building their own deep learning models and generative AI applications.

Weights & Biases is a Series C company with $250M in funding and over 200 employees. We proudly serve over 1,000 customers and more than 30 foundation model builders including customers such as OpenAI, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Toyota.

As a Senior Demand Generation Manager, reporting to the VP of Revenue Marketing, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our marketing campaigns and programs. This position will collaborate closely with product marketing, marketing operations and sales to create and drive high-impact, multi-channel demand generation programs. We are looking for a leader with a proven track record of getting stuff done and can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact.

Responsibilities:

    • Orchestrate complex, multi-touch marketing campaigns across various channels including email, digital advertising, webinars, and partner marketing
    • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies across multiple concurrent campaigns, ensuring alignment with company revenue targets and growth objectives
    • Collaborate closely within the Marketing team, including Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, Web, and Creative teams, as well as Sales to drive demand generation initiatives
    • Report weekly on campaign KPIs and optimize programs as necessary

Requirements:

    • 6-8 years of B2B demand generation experience
    • Expertise in reporting on marketing pipeline metrics - MQLs, SALs, SQLs, SQOs (you should know these acronyms and don’t need to Google these terms)
    • Proficiency in marketing automation systems (Marketo) and ability to navigate Salesforce to pull reports on specific campaigns and understand the status of leads in the funnel.
    • Ability to derive insights from campaign data and ROI reporting
    • Demonstrated success in lead nurturing and engagement/re-engagement campaigns
    • Proven ability to tackle challenges head-on and remove obstacles, setting a high standard for both yourself and your team

Our Benefits:

    • 🏝️ Flexible time off
    • 🩺 Medical, Dental, and Vision for employees and Family Coverage
    • 🏠 Remote first culture with in-office flexibility in San Francisco
    • 💵 Home office budget with a new high-powered laptop
    • 🥇 Truly competitive salary and equity
    • 🚼 12 weeks of Parental leave (U.S. specific)
    • 📈 401(k) (U.S. specific)

$121,000 - $166,000 a year
This position has an annual estimated salary of $121,000 - $166,000 per year. Weights & Biases is committed to providing competitive salary, equity and benefits packages for all full-time employees. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
