We are seeking a dynamic and motivated leader to join our Revenue Strategy team within the Business Operations department, based in either NYC or LA. In this role, you will drive revenue-generating initiatives and implement strategies aimed at scaling incremental growth. As a key strategic partner to the Ads business, you will collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams, including Business Operations, Finance, Sales Operations, and Product. You will collaborate with the revenue strategist team, sharing your deep expertise of the ad marketplace, offering sales support and training, while driving overall revenue growth. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences Music and Podcasts.
What You'll Do
Drive global sales initiatives to optimize inventory, increase revenue, and improve sell-through rates.
Find opportunities for new ad products, formats, and strategies to increase revenue.
Collaborate with Sales, BD, and Product teams to explore partnership opportunities that drive demand within the ad platform.
Build strong relationships with programmatic partners to enhance buying strategies and unlock revenue opportunities.
Serve as a thought leader on programmatic offerings, providing education and insights across the organization.
Partner with Revenue Intelligence to assess ROI for various initiatives and partnerships.
Stay plugged into the industry, networking to uncover new revenue streams and partnerships.
Support business operations in shifting client spend from guaranteed to biddable solutions.
Who You Are
10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Pricing, or Digital Inventory/Yield within agencies, publishers, platforms, or ad tech vendors.
Strong existing relationships with DSPs, agencies, and trading desks, with a proven track record of leveraging these connections to drive business growth and strategic partnerships.
Expertise in data analysis and data-driven decision-making, with a proven track record in driving growth and optimizing pricing.
Strong understanding of the ad sales process, leveraging data to drive organizational change.
Experienced with business intelligence and dashboarding tools like Tableau, Google BigQuery, or similar platforms.
Proficient in ad operations systems and programmatic tools like Salesforce, CRMs, GAM, DV360, TTD, and Magnite.
Solid technical knowledge of digital media, podcasts, and programmatic channels.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with an eagerness to continuously improve communication.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in multitasking, with strong analytical and project management capabilities.
Thrive in fast-paced environments, with a focus on precision and detail.
A strong believer in teamwork, collaboration, and contributing to collective success.

This team operates within the EST time zone for collaboration.
The United States base range for this position is $183,037 to $261,482, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. This range encompasses multiple levels. Leveling is determined during the interview process. Placement in a level depends on relevant work history and interview performance. These ranges may be modified in the future.
