We're seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our Engineering Team at Rewardful, a SaaS company specializing in affiliate management platforms. As a key member of the team, you'll design and implement new features, optimize existing systems, and contribute to the product's growth. You'll work closely with colleagues to solve complex challenges, improve performance, and maintain code quality. Our stack includes Ruby on Rails 7, Sidekiq, PostgreSQL, Redis, RSpec, Capybara, Heroku, and GitHub Actions. We offer flexible remote work options, $4,000/year travel stipends, and equity in a fast-growing company. If you have at least 3 years of professional Rails development experience, good front-end development skills, product and UX sensibility, excellent written and verbal communication, empathy, and the ability to work in a close-knit team, we encourage you to apply.
