We're seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our Engineering Team at Rewardful, a SaaS company specializing in affiliate management platforms. As a key member of the team, you'll design and implement new features, optimize existing systems, and contribute to the product's growth. You'll work closely with colleagues to solve complex challenges, improve performance, and maintain code quality. Our stack includes Ruby on Rails 7, Sidekiq, PostgreSQL, Redis, RSpec, Capybara, Heroku, and GitHub Actions. We offer flexible remote work options, $4,000/year travel stipends, and equity in a fast-growing company.
