You will also partner with the Director of Sales to help scale the organization and ensure alignment on hiring needs and strategies. This role will cover the following areas:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Taking ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions
- Sourcing candidates primarily through direct outreach on LinkedIn Recruiter as well as referrals and your network
- Conducting talent acquisition activities such as resume and phone screens, candidate interviews, offer preparations, and closing qualified candidates
- Collecting, inputting, and reporting recruitment data and metrics
- Continuously identifying new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that enhance the recruiting strategy
- Partnering with our Director of Sales to help scale the organization, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong written communication in English
- 6+ years of experience hiring Enterprise Account Executive roles in LATAM
- Experience with 50%+ of candidates being directly sourced by you
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with candidates and employees at all levels throughout the company.
