We are looking for a UX Designer for one of our investment products.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement. And evaluate business processes and conduct research, such as surveys, to pinpoint potential issues
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders.
Create detailed technical documentation for the IT department.
  • Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives. Produce written reports summarizing data analysis
  • Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes. Gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes.
  • Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources. Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience
  • UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma
  • Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces. Ensure that all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience

We expect from you:

  • 2+ years of experience in working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products.
  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design
  • Russian — fluent/native, English — b2+
  • Proficiency in Figma; experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Readiness to provide Portfolio/Assets/CV Highlighting product ideation, A/B testing, design strategy, the Impact (results of work done), and experience in business analysis

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years
  • Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for time off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
